We are looking at working on putting this together with our cheerleaders, select choir members, band, orchestra, and colorguard.
This is not a typical marching band experience as it is a program that has been put together to include all groups working together.

Plans for Conner High School Band, Percussion, and Color guard
We will be focusing on the following music from Together As One and songs that are used throughout the year (fight song, cheers, etc.) during these rehearsals.
Songs from Together As One that we will be learning:
America As One
Swing
Hope for America
Mr. Hedges will have sheet music available for all musicians.
Colorguard will have access to the choreography videos.
Rehearsal Schedule:
BRING YOUR OWN WATER JUG. STUDENTS MUST FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES SHARED AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS DOCUMENT. IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH THE GUIDELINES YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT THE CONNER HIGH SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION. THESE GUIDELINES ARE ALIGNED WITH THE KHSAA AND KMEA DOCUMENTS.

Hopefully you are reading or plan to read the information sent to you. As promised, forms have been provided to you in the attachments to this email. All of the forms are mandatory except the physical. It is not mandatory for your student to have a physical or form filled out but it is suggested to do so.
Again, please don't hesitate to ask questions. Thanks so much for your patience in the preparations for the upcoming season and school year.
The changes for our students have been difficult for them and the parents this past year and for the future year(s). Let's all be there for each other and help each other through these times of fear, the unknown and limitations that each must endure to remain safe and healthy. Continue to be a positive and encouraging role model for them. We can only do this together!!
